Extra Virgin Olive Oil PDO* Kalamata
The supreme quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil PDO "Kalamata" comes from olives of the famous Κoroneiki variety. It is produced only in Messinia area, in Southern Greece. It has intense color, pleasant & well balanced taste. Naturally clear and rich in aromatic substances, medium fruity aroma derived from green olive fruit, light bitter and light to medium spicy. The total acidity does not exceed more than 0.5 grams per 100 grams of olive oil.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
The natural category of olive oil with perfect aroma and flavor. It has intense fruity flavor and aroma of freshly cut olives. Its total acidity does not exceed 0,8 grams per 100 grams of olive oil.
Virgin Olive Oil
Natural olive oil with pleasant taste and aroma. Medium fruit flavor and golden green color. Its total acidity does not exceed 2 grams per 100 grams of olive oil.
Refined Olive Oil
Refined olive oil is the olive oil obtained from virgin olive oils by refining methods which do not lead to alterations in the initial glycerine structure. It has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 0.3 grams per 100. It has a light golden color, pleasant taste.
This olive oil is obtained from the olive pomace that remains from the cold pressing of olives. Pomace olive oil is a refined oil, light, easily digestible. Due to its composition, it is more tolerant to high temperatures, and therefore can be used for subsequent frying more times than any kernel oil. It has a soft, mild flavor. Its total acidity does not exceed 1 gram per 100 grams of olive oil.
